Exciting times our Room 3 and 4 building project has begun! These two classrooms are being refurbished with 'breakout rooms' being formed internally to make better use of the space. Doing this work will mean the insulation is brought up to requirements, and the general state of the rooms will be refreshed. In the big picture one day we also hope to have sliding stacking doors and a deck area, similar to Rooms 1 and 2. We all need to stay away from the builders' area to allow them to get on with the work, and for health and safety reasons. The classrooms should be ready for use by the end of Term One 2020.

Swimming Lessons With the summer weather beginnning, many minds are on swimming. To begin the season, the Indigo and the Room 5 students will all have swimming lessons at the Aquatic Centre in Richmond, easch day for two weeks, beginning this Monday, 11 November. Thanks to the Festival, these lessons and the bus trips will be FREE for these students. Students should bring their togs and a towel in a separate bag, along with their packed lunch and a drink of water each day.

Our school pool will be open as soon as the weather is warm enough and we will have season keys for sale to school families and the general public throughout December.
